My Journey:
My path to becoming a mindset coach has been diverse and enriching. I hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, a Mini MBA, and have completed executive and team coaching programs, and a leadership and management diploma. This multidisciplinary background equips me with a holistic understanding of personal and professional development.
Leading Growth:
I began my career in a small company of eight dedicated individuals, where our mission was to assist people in their journey to return to productive lives after sustaining injuries. Through the identification of strengths, skill development, and strategic alignment, I played a pivotal role in growing the company from a local team to a national workforce of over 250 employees. Within this company I lead 4 different startups leveraging on the vision and potential of the team.

I’m committed to helping you identify your strenghs, acknowledge your shadows, and align with roles or life where you can shine. I have a passion for guiding clients from unhappiness and unfulfilled roles (professional or life roles) to thriving within their own businesses or new roles where they’re recognised, valued and feel empowered.

I firmly believe that organisations can thrive by listening to their people, strategically organising teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration without ego. My uniqueness in business is not only to highlight people’s abilities and coach them to leap forward but through my background in physical and mental health the ability to support companies navigating their workforce while growing their organisation.
